Our company offers a new product, devoided of the most disadvantages of dry and liquid fertilizers. The offered liquid fertilizers “CIIAT” are distinguished by high quality and functionality, are true solutions, chlorine-free, are stable at different temperatures, types of soils and other conditions, contain favorable ratio of macro and micro-elements, and unlike the suspensions, after drying do not form insoluble films, which chock up nozzles. For example, phosphorus in these fertilizers is in a more active and stable form than in ammophos, because in ammophos, ammonium splits out, and phosphates form insoluble complexes with soil minerals (phosphates of calcium, aluminum, magnesium, iron, etc.). In our LF potassium cation forms a stronger bond with anion phosphate (compared with ammonium cation) and the probability of phosphate invading in phosphoric-potassium humic complex in the plant zone is very high. All elements are selected taking into account the antagonistic and synergistic interaction between them, making more complete elements assimilability by plants.

Application of natural stabilized polymer humic sorbents in developed solutions of mineral fertilizers increases its thermodynamic stability, optimizes nitrification processes, improves the buffering capacity of soils, increases mobility of phosphorus (by 30%), potassium (up to 2 times) in soil, positively affects microflora. Extended fertilizer formulas make its application more versatile and stable by action. The “humate-effect” is widely used in these fertilizers, as a result of which key elements in optimum regime enter into the soil in the plants root system zone in the protector humic complex. The phosphorus accessibility, for example, due to this effect increases by more than three times.

LF “CIIAT” is organo-mineral biostructured complex, which reproduces the biological model of natural-soil compounds. These compounds are in the easily accessible native (natural) form for plants; these compounds significantly reduce the toxicity of mineral residues (nitrates, etc.).

Comparison of the nutrient supply mechanism depending on the type of fertilizer

LF “CIIAT” is synthesized by the method of supramolecular chemistry, acquiring a structure with new properties: amorphous state, existence of charge, ammonium and nitrate group is further fixed by humate fragments, the value of droplet surface tension increases (the probability of leaf surface burning reduces). Traditional liquid fertilizers have mineral substances in the mixed form of NH4NO3, (NH2) 2CO, KH2P3O4, etc., including the suspension form, and therefore the plants obtain only part of mineral substances, while others evaporate or pass into other compounds with soil minerals, thereby increasing the digestion energy threshold. In our case, fertilizer is in a sandwich state, functional groups are in a more active form. These properties were achieved due to the introduction of humic sorbent (of natural origin) into the process of synthesis. Humic sorbent creates connection with ions of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium compounds during the synthetic process, and holds them before entering into the soil and rhizosphere.

Under the processes of destruction in the soil, it gradually gives the plants nutrients in an easily digestible mineral form. Humic sorbent is a nutrient medium for soil bacteria. Higher conversion of nutrients allows to use LF “CIIAT” in smaller doses at higher efficiency. Despite the slightly higher cost of LF “CIIAT” (2-5% comparing to traditional fertilizers), its efficiency makes it possible to increase growth by more than 20% in comparison with traditional fertilizers. Thanks to virtually lack of toxicity, the LF “CIIAT” promotes the restoration of the clay-humous land complex, which in its turn contributes to the preservation of fertility.

Do not settle out into layers, do not deposit

Uniformity of introduction

Minimizes losses during introduction

Increases plants stress tolerance. Reduces the risk of losing crops

Increases survival rate of agricultural crops in extreme weather conditions: drought, flood, strong wind

Thus, LF “CIIAT” is a completely new, efficient complex of fertilizers, approximated by its properties to natural ones, which creates the necessary conditions for the reproduction of natural resources, ensuring environmental safety, preventing and eliminating the negative impact of economic activity on the environment. In comparison with other fertilizers (liquid complex fertilizers and carbomide-ammonium mixture), LF “CIIAT” has a higher efficiency, lowered hectare norm, reduced input costs, better products quality, predictability of land quality. All this will allow agricultural enterprises to receive additional financial returns both immediately and in the long run due to the constant improvement of soil quality.
